Pumping station can work with several drive types. Upon customer's request, pumping stations with the electric motor drive, the diesel motor drive and with the hydraulic motor drive can be supplied

Centrifugal pump is adapted to the greatest possible extent to the hydraulic drive (hydraulic motor), as a result we have a very powerful and pint size station.

For example, pumping station based on centrufugal pump NC-100R1 with the hydraulic motor drive is 80 kg in weight, while the performance of this station is 250 m³/h with regard to compact cement slurry

Types of drives

Smooth start unit

Smooth start function is designed for decreasing the starting power and starting overwork, it is already built in the frequency transducer.

Pumping station control desk

The control desk is equipped with the push/release button, automatic switchers to protect the pump from overvoltage in the network. For a version with the frequency transducer, the pumping station control desk is additionally equipped with frequency transducer, network choke and frequency transducer control button.

Various positioning rams

The variety of positioning rams allows for using the centrifugal pump more effectively, and also decreasing the assembling place.

Corrosion-resistant coating

Higher level of protection of the pumping station control desk and the electric motor from the environment (for street use).
